BULL IN A BOTTLE SHOP

Hazy IPA - 6.8% ABV - 28 IBUs

Our flagship hazy combines bright and juicy hop notes with an approachable, not-too-bitter beer bursting with new-school hop aroma.

Hops: Strata, Mosaic, Citra, Columbus

Tasting notes: piney, grapefruit, dank, dry, light bodied, bitter

Scotch Ale - 7% ABV

Smooth things out with our strong Scotch ale- rich maltiness and balanced sweetness. Depth of flavor to savor and sip.

Hops: Fuggles

Tasting notes: deep & layered malt complexity, toffee, caramel, coffee, toast, red fruits, pear, subtle earthiness, smooth finish, sweet but not cloying

No Fly Zone

Kiwi-Key Lime Sour - 5% ABV - 18 IBUs

Inspired by our cocktail program's oleo saccharums, which combine fruit peel oils with sugar to bring out bright zesty flavors. Fun Fact: Kiwis can't fly!

Hops: Columbus hops, lactose (milk sugar)

Tasting notes: tart, fruity, sweet and sour, lime, kiwi

Dancing With Bulls

West Coast IPA - 7% ABV - 65 IBUs

American hops bring notes of grapefruit, pine, and dank. Dry, bitter, and crystal clear.

Hops: Strata, Mosaic, Citra, Columbus

Tasting notes: piney, grapefruit, dank, dry, light bodied, bitter

How to Train Your Dragonfruit

Dragonfruit IPA - 6% ABV - 35 IBUs

This bright pink brew is bursting with tropical fruit character. Unique, colorful, and hoppy!

Hops: Sabro, Mosaic, Cashmere

Tasting notes: tropical medley, mango, lemon, papaya, coconut cream, and of course dragon fruit

Blue Summer

Blueberry-Lemon Saison - 6.2% ABV. - 20 IBUs

This funky Belgian farmhouse ale features blueberries and lemons to contrast the peppery spice from the Saison yeast.

Hops: Columbus

Tasting notes: funky, dry, peppery, earthy, farmhouse, zippy citrus, blueberry

Business Casual

Unfiltered German Pilsner - 4.8% abv. - 26 IBUs

Brewed in collaboration with our friends at the Duke Beer Club, this unfiltered German pils is pale, dry, and features fresh German noble hop character.

Hops: Hersbrucker, Tettnanger

Tasting notes: snappy, water crackers, noble hop character, lemon rind, floral, cedar, lager

Instrument Flight Rules

Hazy Pale Ale - 5.5% ABV. - 30 IBUs

Big hop character in a lower ABV. package. Easy drinking and loaded with lupulin. Named after the rating pilots must obtain when flying through "hazy" or low visibility conditions.

Hops: Krush, Citra, Azacca
