Blonde jokes aside, true to its historical "roots," this blonde ale showcases a rich gold color and a flavor of sweet malt and caramel brightened with light hop bitterness. Our Bull City roots are showing with this one. 5.2% ABV, 19 IBU

Brewed for our friends at Bull City Physical Therapy, this delicious scotch ale is malty caramel with a hint of coffee, like one of Grandpa’s old-fashioned caramels just at 7% ABV and 20 IBU.

Bullfeathers

Bullfeathers is the lighter cousin to our best-selling Bull In A Bottle Shop. We switched the Citra to a Cryo version which gives it a more intense flavor at a lower ABV (5%). The beer has strong grapefruit, lime, and tropical fruit flavor notes which makes the aroma to die for (not literally).
